Husband having health issues & long recovery from surgery. The nurses favorite line is; you are not my only patient. This is wrong!
The care I received at St Marys 4E was excellent. The doctors and nurses were the best. thanks to all.
Staff don't get along,so you can feel the tension between them..nurses very rude . complain to patient family about having other patients and "they have spent all morning with that patient". Complained about a fold up chair in the room cuz it was in her way an shoved it across the room.moved it 3 times before she folded it up and got it out of the way.made family very uncomfortable in the mean time like all of us were in the way.
I have been a patient at St Mary's 3 times since Jan 1. Once because of menstrual bleeding and twice because of complications of kidney failure. Each and every time I've been here everybody has been wonderful. The doctors,nuraes,housekeeping and food service always have a smile and kind word. They are very good at making me feel comfortable and calm when scared. I want to give everybody a big thank you. Your positive attitudes make a huge impact.
Beautiful facility..... terrible bedside manner in the SICU!
