I was terribly disappointed at my last appointment when I saw multiple pieces of anti-union propaganda and absolutely no information on COVID. I’ve never had a bad experience with a Nurse at SSM, it’s disappointing to see administration place working against the nurses as more important than even a public health crisis.
I brought my 10 month old in to be seen for 104 fever we waited 40 minutes for triage and then another hour and a half after before I got up and left. They were taking patients by severity, because an infant who is lethargic due to her temperature and is crying for 2 hours in the waiting room isn’t serious.
Beautiful hospital! Nurses and everyone is so nice and helpful.
I have been a patient at the Dean neurology clinic for several years now. The staff there (Laura Ozkan PA), and Dr Faull in the Pain clinic, are amazing. 5 stars!
Very good nurses, Aids, the food is actually fairly good. I love that there's subway downstairs and rooms are pretty decent
wonderful nursing staff that really genuinely care about their patients🍼👣 especially in the NICU, antepartum, and birth suites!
