RecommendedBoth of my parents were in the ICU at Saint Joseph’s prior to passing away. The staff was great, always so friendly, helpful, and really cared about their patients. They made a very difficult process easier for everyone in the family. I would highly recommend them!
The average wait time to see the doctor is hour and half past your appointment time. The billing department is extremely rude and unfriendly, they never have answers to your questions and spent most the time on hold.
The friendliest nurses and doctors, very knowledgeable, so helpful, willing to do anything they can to make you feel better while truly making you feel like they care about you. Thank you so much for everything you did to make sure I was feeling better but also to make sure I was never scared or uncomfortable.

this hospital has the best labor and delivery department the staff is so courteous and professional and truly care about their patients!
I put in an appointment time online and came at my time actually 15 mins early, not only did i wait several hours before even going back the registration guy was extremely rude and none caring not only to myself but to others waiting. After them bringing back 7 people that came in after me I asked were I was on the list and kindly asked about the appointment I made online and was told these are not so you can wait at home until your appointment but to let them know I was coming. After having my appendix removed and still in serious pain they released me within 24 hours even after I told them I didn’t feel that I was capable of caring for myself. My insurance company even spoke with them and told them that this seemed premature. I will never come back to this hospital.
They asked if i felt safe at home, told them no. Nothing ever came of it after that. Maybe if i was a female it would be different, maybe not. Dont bother answering the questions, they dont care or listen.
