God awful, unless you enjoy being ignored for almost 3 hours terrible staff incredibly rude wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to come here
I’m in the ER now & cant get anyone to check on me after getting massive meds & a joint relocated. I need to pee, I’m nauseous & I want to go home
My husband and I waited over 6 hours in the emergency room just to be put in a room. Then, we we're forgotten about for another 2 hours before a doctor came in and treated us like an inconvenience. We have never been treated more rudely or with less urgency in an emergency situation. My husband sat in the emergency room with level 10 pain and internal bleeding being over looked for hours. Avoid this hospital at all costs.
Recommendedit is a very very nice hospital and the employees are very very nice too
I tried making this request via private message on 5/8/18 but SSM has never bothered to respond so, now I'm going public with my request: 5/18/18 message sent to SSM: I'm uncertain where to go so thought I'd try here. I received a bill yesterday for a doppler echocardiogram, I have one done every few years due to mitral valve prolapse. To say I was floored by the price, $3,819, would be putting it mildly. Nurses are great but been here over 2 hrs and dr still hasn't checked my mom yet. Unacceptable
I was admitted to the hospital Friday night from an impromptu ER visit. The whole time I was at the facility, I was treated well. Everyone was genuine and friendly. There are way too many people to thank individually, but shout out to ER staff and nursing staff on floor 4!
