improve wait times in the E.R. we've been here going on 4 hours, no direction from anybody, the nurses are scattered brained morons who have no clue what's going on maybe a little direction could go a long way monitor saying what the wait times are or are going to be
First and last time there on Tuesday evening, June 18, 2019. Waited 2 hours in waiting room. When I told nurse that doctor had not been in after we had been in a room for two hours and just wanted to be discharged (nurse was super sweet by the way) she they only had one doctor working and 20 patients and she did remind me it was 2:30 am in the morning! . This has to be one of the worst hospitals around ! Years ago they were amazing but now they don’t care about you ! No matter how much pain your in or anything they make you wait the doctor never even checked me out he asked a few questions ran text and out the door ! When I ask the nurse about my vision cause he did not even address it she said it should get better in a few days !! very rude clientele, everytime someone brings the place up somebody else has something negative to say about it.
I just left the hospital today after giving birth to our beautiful daughter on 4/29! The labor and delivery floor team was wonderful and all our nurses and the staff there was so generous to us and very helpful with all our needs and made our experience there the best it could have possibly been! Thank you so much to all nurses, drs, dietary, house keeping!
I went to the ER with chest pains; sat for 3 hours waiting to be seen.
I was at St Joseph’s yesterday . I received great care. Could not have asked for a better team‼️Thank you Jamie, Dr Landry, Terrie and all of you! There is one person that I can’t thank enough but can’t use her name because she gets to many calls already!?
I have been a patient at SSM Lk St Louis for at least 35 plus years. Other than SSM St Charles it is always my hospital of choice!
