RecommendedQuality and Compassion are top notch
all the nurse's were extremely kind,tended to all my needs. I was also impressed as how polite they all were to one another.
My nurse has taken such god care of me while I stayed here for 3 to 4 hours he is a hero in my eyes. He made me feel better in the few hours I been here. I would give him the hero of the year if there was one. I give st Joe west 10 out of 10 star rating. The er staff are amazing they are truly heroes
I just has an amazing experience at the Labor and Delivery department! Our birth plan didn't get to happen the way we hoped, but the staff always made sure that we understood what was going on and made us feel comfortable at every turn. so we just wanted to say a great big thank you for taking a scary situation and helping our son make a great entrance!

I don’t like to do this but if you’re considering going here don’t! I was panicking because I was stung a little over 20 times. I came from new melle because I live in wentzville and this is the nearest one I knew of. Worst mistake I’ve made in my life. I took some Benadryl and rushed here ASAP and felt I had blocked air flow. Oh and me saying I got stung 20 times is because I counted them when I got home they wouldn’t of known sense they didn’t seem to care about anything other then assuming I was a drug addict. Worst place to go for ER. Never in a hurry to help. they say they will be right back but always at least 30 mins before you see them again.

The emergency room is a joke i sat in. waiting room 4 1/2 hrs having many seizures and did nothing. My son went up to nurse's station many times asking for a pillow n help to make me safe and comfortable. They was very rude and unprofessional. I called and talked to the administrator many times and she has not called me back or made anything right sounds like a malpractice suit to me.
