RecommendedMy brother was taken to the ER this past Wednesday morning. Because of Covid-19, he had to go alone. The staff went above and beyond, to keep us informed. Thank you to all the team who cared for him. You are all greatly appreciated. All staff - doctors and nurses, and also ALL the support staff. His positive outcome would not have been obtained without the efforts of ALL of you. So thank you!
ER is a joke. Keep driving. Waited 3 hours to be seen with severe chest pain and heart flopping around in my chest. Had to do vitals twice. Was referred here by Total Access. Had records of everything already done and they had called ahead and told them what I needed. They didn’t look at what I had with me just redid EKG and blood work already done. The icu patients here are cared for by angels. To Jaime, Elle, Trina, Maggie and the rest of the wonderful staff I say thank you. You all literally gave my dad the time he needed to be at peace with his passing. You will never be forgotten. We will forever think of you all as family. The care was awesome but the compassion was the best. Everyone was so kind and caring.
Went in to the ER with my wife Monday night. Sat for 3.5 hours and didn’t even get called back. Came at 1230pm on Tuesday have been waiting for 4 hours now and still haven’t seen a dr. They clam they are busy but several nurses are in a room watching TV. This is the biggest joke ever. I would not recommend coming to this ER
Went to the E.R tonight and the nurse dropped the vile of medicine on the floor and then picked it up like nothing happened and continued to draw it up.... the service there was really slow we got there at 6 and didn’t get done until 12 and they couldn’t tell us anything and just said it was dehydration and the fever was un explainable? Not happy at all.
Inconsistent experiences, unprofessional ER staff during ER visit. I suffer from documented chronic pain and auto immune conditions. I was treated like a drug addict and it was implied I was faking. After a few bad experiences and 3 years with them I’m forced to find another facility to help me. After some investigation, I’ve found this is a common problem at St. Joseph’s ER. They will except no responsibility and justify there actions with excuses that seem to come from a script.
They’ll lie to you about insurance and pricing and talk you into unnecessary tests/procedures knowing you’ll be on the hook for thousands of dollars when you didn’t need to be.
