I was treated very good by the doctor and. My nurse was great took her time with me when I had questions.
We waited over 2 and a half hours and finally left. The nurses were rude. Horrible experience and we will be going with BJC in the future.
The ER experience was great but I am running into problems trying to find a primary care physician. I am running into one of two things with every doctor's office I call: either they are not accepting new patients or I have to wait several weeks for an appointment.
Love this hospital��. Staff so professional hard working and caring and most of all friendly. Never have to wait, get taking care right away.
Only went there because urgent care was closed. Hasn't changed any. Got there little after 9 left around 11. Went there for extreme pain in my foot and toe was swelled up. Finally after setting there an hour finally got some pills which didn't help until 3 hours later after I took a second pain pill. Asked which pharmacy we use, don't know why. Amazing emergency department! Great place to come when needed and to work.
My son was there and they treated him great. He is not an easy 23 year old patient. My husband was seen a week later and had another great experience. � Both were admitted and although it wasn't super quick I understand the process takes a little ttime me. Wasn't fond of my son sharing a room but that will soon be over with the new addition.
Though I don't visit to many hospitals I must say out of everywhere I have ever been treated this place was by far the best. Professional and friendly staff made me comfortable as they could and explained everything that they were doing
They were very busy when I got there. I had a broken ankle and the bone sticking out they did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. hurrying me into surgery it took a while but they were doing the best they could with as busy as it was. And once I got onto the floor with the regular rooms those nurses teksystems and even cleaning crew we're good took very good care of me.
