they didnt get me damn interpreter for my emgs mofo
2nd time in a year that I had been here. The 1st time they done real well. This 2nd time, I was kind of disappointed. Went there with severe stomach pains. Took an in by paramedics. Which they were very wonderful. I was put out in waiting room til a room became available. Intake nurse was awesome. But the service from the rest was like u were a pain there ass. Fortunate enough to stay in the new wing in the towers at me but my wife everything was good she says they get used to but it is definitely an improvement for the Wentzville area
They did nothing for me. Left me in a bed in pain. Havent eatin the 2 days i been here and they keep pushing my test time back amd still not giving me pain meds all night last night amd again today. Worst service i ever had
Took my wife there Friday night at 1130 pm. And was in the ER for 7 hours. Did not even get seen till 620 am Saturday morning. Will never go back there I'll drive 45 mins to go to ssm in St Charles me
I've been to this facility for surgeries many times for myself. Yesterday I was there with my daughter. Everyone was very caring and professional. They took excellent care of her needs from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone!!

Love the Nurses at Lake St Louis Cancer Center. In honor of Nurses Week this month just wanted to give a shout out for Leisa and Jennifer. They make getting infusions fun and not so bad. Not for me anyway. I am just transportation. Don't have a needle in my arm. But the care and concern mixed with happy and fun spirits sure make s diffetence.
Had to wait in ER for 51/2 hrs and it wasn't that busy!
