Very friendly and professional thank you for putting my mind at ease
I absolutely love this Hospital my daughter had a heart attack they had her by ambulance there and in the operating room in about 60 minutes they saved my daughter's life I have never met such kind doctors nurses and everybody else that works there praise God for these dedicated people
I would give them a zero if I could!!! DO NOT USE SSM!!!! They screw their patients over by sending them outrageous bills and treat them porrly while they are there! I received horrendous care when I visited the ER. And then was sent 2 bill totaling over $2,400!!! My daughter has been seen multiple times at Mercy and BJC and her bills in total have never been higher than $700. And she received excellent care from them. They even sent her a card last night with a sticker in saying get well soon. I will never use SSM again and... read more
They have always been good to me. I'm there a lot and staff and Doctors have treated me with respect and dignity no matter what. Thank you to all third floor and icu staff. I love you all
Hard to say you love the hospital stay but my experience was a good one from the ER on Tuesday to my discharge on Friday. I had the best nurses on the 3rd floor for my stay. I owe Tina a huge thank you for getting things arranged for a sat morning steroid infusion so I could be discharged Friday night and not have to stay in the hospital until sunday morning for Q6 hour steroids. Tina went above and beyond her duties that day so I could be home with my family. She is truly wonderful.
Always a great experience when we come here. Our favorite Hospital.
