The staff, nurses and doctors couldn't of been any better! I delivered my son here & am so thankful for choosing SSM. They were friendly & caring. I highly recommend St Joe's West to anyone!
I was not a patient there, I volunteer there in OPS two days a week. I admire all the nurses and doctors in my department. They are all very caring prople.I enjoy being there with them assisting them by stocking 19 rooms. It gives them more time to care for the patients. It teaches me a lot to see the needs of people.
Once I got over my fear of being there, and got my relaxation medicine it was a Good experience.... One I hope never have to have again. �The Staff was all Amazing considering I am not the easiest patient to work with.... Got better after Medicine �
Most of the nurses are wonderful and very informative and helpful. If you have problems they are fast and do their best to keep your pain at a minimum.
ER crew took very good care of me. The staff was very attentive and thorough. My room afterward is on one the newest floors and is very nice. Floor nurses are nice and attentive as well.
My experience here at first in the ER was not great but I don't blame them at all. They were swamped from when I got there and one of my visitors said they were swamped in the lobby hours later too. I was lucky to get into a room ahead of other because of my condition but it did take a while to get helped. When I finally did they were very nice and made sure I was comfy and offered my family blankets as well. Once I got to the 2nd floor to my room it was amazing.
