Had surgery there yesterday. Have to admit, I was skeptical of this particular hospital, due to almost dying there after gall bladder removal. This experience, with leg//ankle, was very good_! My favorite nurse was Lori, she really made a huge impact on me!!! She's kind, compassionate and extremely helpful!!!! Of course, Dr. Helfry is a fantastic surgeon

My doctor is awesome. The preop/postop nurse was great. Anesthesia was great. Recovery nurse was not listening to me and I wasn't completely awake and she was asking a question that I wasn't ready to answer and I told her I was unsure at that moment. She took that as a no. I ended up having to get a nerve block without sedation because she wasn't listening to me. But other than that I had excellent care and they were very sweet.
I had a surgery there yesterday (3/30/17) and by far had the best experience from the moment I walked in for my registration to the moment I was wheeled out. Every one from my nurses (especially Tracy), the anesthesiologists, the surgerical team, and especially Dr. Helfrey. Thank you all for being so wonderful to me!
My mom has been here several times, needless to say, when her primary doctor told me to take her to the ER I was not looking forward to sitting there for 8 hours waiting as I have in the past, many many times. Boy oh boy, have they made some wonderful changes!! We were in and out with 2 hours. And they were busy!! I was shocked. The staff as always are fantastic. I can never say enough good things about them. I would highly recommend this hospital!!
They don't know what they are doing so under staffed and my husband had to show them how to do the GI tube not once but 3 time's never again will anyone in my family ever go there!!!!
I had to take my mom to have fluid drawn from her lung. The 3 nurses we dealt with were all exceptionally nice, very informative and sensitive to her needs. As the non-patient, I was offered coffee and kept updated of her procedure and progress. The patient's name is Helen Blevins. The procedure was done yesterday. They were so nice to get her in same day for the procedure knowing she was looking forward to her trip to FL in a couple weeks. Thanks team!
Thanks for all the time that you took to get the problem fixed and ancers my questions . good place to stay when you're sick.
