This is the best hospital I have ever been in. The people there are very caring and the Dr,s listen to you
I broke my ankle and ended up having to get surgery and stay a day after, it was the beat hospital experience that ive had . Loving, caring staff, was comfortable the whole time ! Definantly would recommend this location over any other location!
Relatively good care when I was there. Staff was caring but rushed. No vital signs taken before I was discharged, which would have been helpful after they gave IV fluids and antibiotic. Went home with racing heart and shortness of breath. Follow-up is terrible. Discharge paperwork listed a random doctor I don't know and they don't have any info, and the hospital says I have to come back in and sign a paper if I want information. So I am left to try to figure everything out on my own.
My wife and I had the greatest experience! The birthplace center was awesome! Our nurse Jessica was great. She swore we would have our baby before her shift was over and she was right. Everyone was so helpful and tenative. Best staff and service ever!
simple sutures, service was ok. the bill was outrageous. $1200 for the ER and $1200 for Lake Forest Emergency Group. I will do my best to never go to an ER that uses Lake Forest Emergency, ever again. They turned it over to collections while the insurance company was dealing with it. It's been impossible to resolve. SSM has no one who can help. Lake Forest Emergency just refers me back to the collection company for their "settlement offer", and I paid the bill.
I had a nurse named Nicole that work in the ER that took really good care of me, for how busy they she really took the time to show she cared about how I was feeling, i actually passed out and she caught me from hitting the ground, I had a nurse named Dakota that was on first shift what was my nurse when I finally got a room she was very sweet as well, all the nurses I met were very friendly, The doctor that did my colonoscopy was really friendly and he fixed what someone else did to me. Worst experience of my life! I do not recommend this hospital!
The staff was very good with my 7 year old grand-daughter. I was very happy with how well they treated her.
My mother is 79 years old, she is diabetic, has kidney failure and heart disease.. we arrived in the ER on Wednesday morning at 520am.. she was in the ER 40 hours before they finally found a room for her.. now shes in the ICU with kidney failure, Congestive Heart failure, and liver damage.. im sorry to say i was/am very disappointed... for a Hospital claming to be one of the top 100 hospitals in the nation.. i dont see it..standing room only in the waiting rooms.. i think they need to learn to divert and send people else whe... read more
