The staff was very friendly,explained everything where I felt at ease.They were very nice to me and my driver(wife).I choose St.Joseph-Lake St.Louis every time

Doctors are a joke there in the er, he had no clue what was wrong with me!
I have been in many different hospitals in my life, I just want to tell you that your nurses from the surgery center to the ones on the floor taking care of me were the most kind hearted I have ever meet. There is two that stood out the most Gail who took care of me in the afternoon she had a upbeat and fun cookie attitude. Then you Laura who took care of me on graveyard. We had a very positive experience. Had outpatient surgery yesterday 9/12/16. Everyone was super nice and professional. Dr. Ann Wilson is an awesome podiatrist.
The worst service EVER! I went into the ER department limping because my foot was swollen. After the bad service and a x-Ray. The staff wrapped my foot and let me limp out of their ER department. They didn't even offer me a wheelchair!

I see 2 specialist at this hospital. One for pain and one for GI. I absolutely love the emergency room doc the who caught my very scary ischemic bowel. Something that BJC missed the previous day! Dr. Stoneking and Dr. Jawaid are the most amazing doctors I have ever had work with me. The staff is always amazing there doesn't matter their position. This truly is an amazing hospital! Thanks for everything you all do!
To say that I am disgusted with this hospital that I once loved is an understatement! My mother in law was rushed by an ambulance last night for possible stroke, because she lives alone and we were uncertain of when it might have happened...here we are 24 hours later with no final result. They have 1 MRI machine and because treatment for a stroke patient doesn't change after the 3 hour window she is not a priority! We need to know if she had a stroke so we can start to prepare for her long term care, her speech is impacted! ... read more
