Arrived at 4:15pm triaged by 4:20, In room by 4:25 nurse & doc came in immediately, x-rayed by 4:35, staff was friendly and quickly responded when I had an adverse reaction to breathing treatment they stayed and calmed me. Have meds asap to counteract reaction. I was diagnosed and given proper meds & prescription and home by 6pm. The place was full but the staff was very efficient! Well played SSM!
I love every minute of my stay in the hospital.The staff treated me with the up most respect,that's the hospital I would go to first.I just like to thank everyone I had contact with during my stay.May God Bless you all and you all families.Thanks once more!
Always have the friendliest nurses and doctors! I've never had a crabby person. Don't know how they find so many nice employees, but they do an excellent job! Thank you to everyone there!
Your appointment service really sucks. On hold for over an hour today - Still no appointment.
My wife had a infusion, and everyone was so pleasant and made as comfortable as possible. We will use them again.
Waited 5 hours to be seen in the ER after being in a car accident with a back injury.....
I bring my mom to the anti coagulation clinic at SJW they always get her in and out quickly, so sweet to her and very caring, wouldn't go anywhere else
