Absolutely amazing treatments each time I've been to Michelle. The room is relaxing and warm and Michelle makes you feel so welcome and comfortable when you arrive. Today I had the most incredible sports massage, my back and neck have been tight and achy recently but after the massage I felt brand new. All the areas that felt tight have relaxed and I have no aches and pains for the first time in ages. Thankyou Michelle I'll definitely be having another one of those.

My story: 2024 July: struggling with back, glutes, and leg pain for about 1yr by this point, It kept getting worse and worse until... extreme pain at nights,crawling out of bed most mornings, muscle spasms. 2024 Aug: Visit to gp-physio.
