10/10 would recommend! Saj was super helpful and kind from start to end. Just drove home my Audi A5 convertible and it drove like a dream. Amazing car and amazing dealer. I felt super looked after as a young female buyer which is rare these days. Definitely would recommend and when I’m due another car, I will be returning!
After searching the web for the ideal car, I stumbled across a Volvo V40 at SS automotive and they were amazing! the customer service and after care are second to none, would recommend buying any vehicle from these guys.
Cant recommend Sajid at SSAutomotive enough, the whole process from start to finish has been exceptional. The aftercare (nothing wrong with the car) has been the best aftersales I have ever received in the car sales world. No customer service at all. Reported a faulty headlight after 6 weeks and refused to do anything about it, even though the dealer has 6 months to legally cover faulty parts under the sales of good act. The repair to the bodywork was also done by a blind man, after closer inspection, my local bodyshop revealed just what a cowboy job it was. Stay away. Reported this to the ombudsman and started an MCOL.
