My only positive experience of this thoroughly disreputable and crooked sole trader was receiving a call from Oban police to say he was being arrested for fraud - an arrest that seemingly went no further. He took us, various others up and down the west coast, and even a registered charity on his own doorstep for countless thousands of pounds, yet has managed to duck and dive his way out of returning it despite court judgments and recovery actions.
I have shared David McLaughlin’s experience of SRS Landscaping. Over £3000 was stolen from me with a series of false promises . Took them through Small Claims Court and got a positive result but no money has been repaid as company funds appear hidden in inaccessible, online banks. Avoid at all costs.
Do not use this company. Takes your money and then makes excuse after excuse to not do the work. Makes promises to do the work but never comes to fruition. Paid 50% deposit in September 2023 and he has never started the work. Now dealing with Sheriff court to recover funds.
