Parking facility is not there. The staff at the reception are slow and look unreliable. They should either train their staff to be professional or hire better.
The staffs are professional and dedicated. Well maintained hygiene. Overall, satisfactory and good service.
Opted to do preventive gold package for self and my wife While the package is extensive, the follow up from the diagnostic for completing the tests is far from good Actually the no of persons and their response was very insensitive to the time Unless a correct follow up and administration in place obtaining customer satisfaction will be difficult Need to improve
Visited this place for a simple ultrasound which took 1.5 hours. There were only 2 staffs running the entire place. Extremely poor communication and poor management. The ultrasound room was extremely cramped and unhygienic. They had placed a used old towel to lay on rather than disposal sheets.
I have been using this lab services since many years. Their technicians are also cordial and polite during home visits
