Think carefully about the type of person you want to give your custom to. This guy is more than happy to force his way across multiple lanes of traffic in his van, forcing you to either take avoiding action or crash. Sounds pretty much like what you'd expect from him given the other reviews.

Steer clear! Very rude customer service. I called asking for a rough estimate of cost to replace a slate roof in for a 1930's semi in Exeter. Rather than asking questions to gather more information and help me, the woman on the line immediately started complaining that she didn't know where I was calling from, didn't know where the house was, and so couldn't possibly provide me with any information.
