I was sadly disappointed. Our family had been looking forward to it, we arrived for an early dinner on Sunday late afternoon. We placed our order and seemed to wait a long time, when the waitress arrived telling us the fish sandwich my mother in law ha9d ordered had fallen apart and was being remade. She then asked if we wanted our food now, we said no we would wait. When the the food finally arrived, our side dishes were cold, my ribs were so tough i couldn't even cut them with a knife. My husband enjoyed his pork burger.
best bbq restaurant i have been too and i have been to many. every meal is delicious, sides are top notch and you can not beat the fried biscuits. let's not forget the dip for the fried pickles.
This is by far the best BBQ I've ever had. We got fried pickles, pulled pork, ribs, and every bit of it was superb. I've never once rated a place and commented, but I had to this time. Do NOT leave without trying the biscuits and apple butter. Mana from Heaven. I think our waitress' name was Kaylah, or some variant and she was great.
It was some pretty good stuff. Got the 3 meat sampler. Not the best BBQ I've ever had but it's in the top 5.
Yummy ribs, great greens, nice servers. Looks clean in here, too.
Great food, FANTASTIC FRIED PICKLES, good service. Not KC bbq however I loved the food and probably the best fried pickles I've had in years
What can I say? We walked in thirty minutes before closing. Would not have been surprised if our welcome had been less than pleasant. Quite contrary. Our waitress was Extremely pleasant and helpful. Our meal of brisket dinner and a federalists were delicious. The brisket melted in my mouth. Would highly recommend a stop for a friendly night out.
