I am extremely happy with this building and its top notch service (especially Luis and Jose Eduardo which were very helpful to me). I recently moved in and the staff has gone above and beyond to make it a good experience for me. The building and its premises are just gorgeous! Everything is brand new and the apartments have the best views in Miami. It’s well located so everything is walking distance from your home. Extremely satisfied!

Just moved to this building which is brand new!!The location is unique. Is Right next to the Metro Mover. The apartments are beautiful and spacious, they have the best appliances by Samsung and the finishes are beautiful. I Would highly recommend this building to everyone. Location is great, Staff is amazing and prices are extremely low. Move in you would not regret it!!!!
I had a client ask me about this building so I tried calling to schedule an appointment for us to come in. I called many times.. no response. I left emails and voicemails.. no response. I decided to show up with my client instead and then they tell me they don’t work with realtors 😐 No good!
Square Station has a wonderful location: close to restaurants, bars, book stores, opera and ballet theater and much more. Metro mover station is literally next door. It's a brand new building with plenty accommodations and a terrific professional staff.
