Contacted SPS roofing after doing a thorough review search of local roofers, my mums roof had several tiles that appeared to have lifted slightly. Sam came back to me very quickly and asked if I could send him some photos of the roof, Sam responded within minutes and said he would pop around in a couple of days to physically check the roof. Roof SPS. Extension review I was recommended to SPS by my builder who had seen their work on other sites. SPS was very professional from the start. I sent the architects job specification and we agreed a date for a site visit. The SPS representative had a discussion with the builder and myself to ensure we all knew exactly what was required. Absolutely top notch. Installed a single ply membrane roof, with complex cut-outs around multiple skylights plus aluminium gutters for us. On-time, to budget and very professional.
I am desperately looking for a quality local flat roofing company and picked SPS because there was 5 star rating on a Google search. - and well justified. Their work book is fully booked until October 2022, but when I spoke to them they could not have been more helpful and although they were unable to to my job, they very helpfully gave me the name of another company they could recommend. I would definitely ask them to quote and hope to use them for any future work.
