What a great vehicle!! Top notch h and great communication. Second time to rent and will do it again soon!
The people here were nice, and communication was very easy. Unfortunately, that was about the only positive part of the experience. The van itself was in rough shape. The inside was dirty, there was visible damage on the exterior, the windshield was chipped, and there was trash left in the front storage pockets. I also paid extra for an earlier pickup, which they confirmed was fine and that the van was ready to go. However, when I returned to pick it up, the van had almost no fuel.
