I placed a pickup, same day order here for the first time this week. There are many options within the area for cupcakes, and I can't understand how the quality was so poor. We threw the cupcakes away after trying bites of 2. They were dry, stale, had no flavor, even the frosting was dry. They we're not even edible. Definitely not up to standard with other cupcakes available in the area.
I could not figure out how to order my birthday cupcake online so I brought my Sprinkles email to the store. A helpful person named Caspian stepped up to assist me. A problem was found - I have two accounts! I don’t know how that happened. But he matter was settled and Caspian handed me my boxed treat. Thank you for wishing me happy birthday too!!

The Sugar Free cake was on point. Loved it!!!!!
Caspian was awesome and recommended us a killer red velvet cupcake! Will definitely be bringing my friends!
