The service is a load of rubbish due to unqualified staff. It should be shut down.
I think it’s the worst service ever. My care cover was abuses alone with others and it like the whole 7 years I was with her she tried to prove I didn’t have a mental illness when I was clearly diagnosed with one . They should help people rather than abuse them
