Nicola has been helping treat my shoulder pain for a number of weeks now and I have been so pleased with the progress she has been able to make I would say that am fully healed within only a few sessions. She has been using a number of different techniques including myofacial release and this has really been effective! She creates a nice comfortable environment and has a very warm nature.
