Complete new roof and gutters fitted by Springfield to a dormer bungalow. They demanded the full payment in cash once the old roof was removed. A guarantee was promised but not supplied. The roof leaks badly due to patches of roofing felt being sellotaped (yes, really) to a dormer where lead flashing should be, Gutters leak due to being poorly fitted, No response from Springfield roofing.
