We cannot fault Springers for all the help they have given to Patrick. The flat is perfect. So helpful and we had an issue with the cooker and they came out quickly and resolved the situation. Very friendly staff and very helpful
One-star — Unprofessional & disrespectful Booked a viewing for 2:40 PM. I arrived at 2:45 PM to find the agent had already left — no call, no message, no apology. Absolutely disrespectful of my time and completely unprofessional. If this is how they treat people before they’re even tenants, avoid them. Wouldn’t trust these agents with anything.
I was with springers for 2 years and I honestly can't say a bad thing about them. They were consistently reliable and always helped to get any issues with the property resolved. We cleaned the property top to bottom and they returned 100% of the deposit. You hear many horror stories about agents and deposits but these guys are as good as you'll get!
