Kim was excellent, kind, caring, informative and very professional. She explained the process including how long it will take to get the results. Didn't feel any pain when she took my blood samples. Thank you Kim for making the experience pleasant.
I would like to thank and let Nayla Salmi know how grateful I am for her help in removing my earwax. She was very empathetic, understanding my discomfort and how bad I felt. Thank you Dr. Churrain for all your help and advice. Not just with my health but also the relevant forms. Very helpful and understanding. The doctors I've seen here are really good at what they do and the manner which they do them in. Saw a physio lady last week who had great advice ( I didn't get her name) very helpful and reassuring.
