I’m very disappointed with the service I received from the reception team at my GP practice. I’ve contacted them multiple times regarding a gym referral that was completed by the doctor on 23rd June. Despite this, each time I called, the reception team insisted there was no referral recorded — even though I can clearly see the referral form in my GP app. On the first and second calls, I was told that someone from the admin team would call me back to clarify the referral status.
