I've had this company for over a year and was wondering why my front yard was looking better but not my back yard! My camera footage shows that the technicians on several occasions WOULD NOT treat the back yard. I called and was told that my bill of $77 dollars could only be credited $7 , no apology , no acknowledgement, just a very nonchalant office manager who acted as if she didn't care! We contracted Spring Green to renovate a portion of our lawn, but their services fell short. After aerating and seeding, the results were disappointing. Multiple phone calls yielded empty promises, and now they're demanding additional payment for more seeding. Moreover, we've been billed multiple times for unwanted weed control services. Their work (aeration) also caused damage to our AT&T cable and a sprinkler head. We're extremely dissatisfied with Spring Green's performance. Attached a few pictures.

I was impressed with Spring Green's service and professionalism from the time I started using them for my lawn care service. In addition, I like that they send someone out once a year to inspect the lawn to make sure their treatment is doing what it's supposed to. They are also affordable and their customer service is great.
Spring Green has been quick to respond to requests for touch-ups for crabgrass and milkweed.
