I was seen by Dr K nasar, A real credit to this surgery. Arranged for tests and x-ray same day.very polite and genuinely caring.
Consistently helpful, and pleasant reception staff. I have had two telephone consultations recently. I was contacted the same day, and appropriate action taken. I am VERY happy with all aspects of the Practice as a whole.
Just wanted to thank the two ladies in the dispensery yesterday who when they realised that the doctor hadnt put my prescription through sorted it in a few mins and were so lovely about it.
Friendly efficient practice with excellent facilities including parking.
The best of the 3 Nidderdale Group Practice surgeries; large waiting room, usually lower waiting times than the other 2 to be seen and has a large car park. Never had any mistakes with prescriptions or medications and all the GP's and nurses there are empathetic and driven to help. It's why I moved from Pateley to the Birstwith surgery. Very glad I did.
