Great customer service! Extremely professional! When I called to schedule the appointment they were super friendly and made the whole entire process a breeze! And my first oil change was FREE!

Mazda took over an hour and half to change one flat tire and got charged for the change of tire when I bought it there because it has warranty and it was supposed to be covered due to the type of damage of tire had. Honestly thinking of never going there again to get my vehicle serviced.
This dealer is our favorite. Great people to work with! We appreciate their friendly service and willingness to work with us! We have 3 cars now from this dealer :)

The service is friendly, good instructions and the car is nice, but the add on products are cheap. The door trim is so flimsy and put on so haphazardly, that it detracts from the looks of the car. I'll probably buy something else to go over it. I like the car and original deal, but not the dealer add on things. I will cancel the remaining add on work, which is still pending, just get the maintenance done and hope for the best. Also, the fob battery went dead on my first trip, but the emergency features got me home.
Spreen Mazda has been taking care of me for over 7 years and they continue doing it! Jimmy is very kind and takes all things in consideration to make you drive off with a dream car. Danielle was very cooperative with me and made my experience really awesome! Thank you guys again.
