The new Mazda facility is very clean and safe. Philip is a great service advisor. He explains everything and is very helpful and friendly. My service experience was great.

Will recommend the dealer but with reservations. Courteous and Friendly. Sales team (Jimmy and Lucina) definitely worked to make the deal happen. That said, the selling process needs to be more upfront and professional. A bit of bait and switch. Extras were added to the Internet advertised price and had to negotiate not to include them. (Jimmy helped to bring it back to the advertised price) The ad mentioned the car has a Navigation system but failed to mention that the SD card needs to be purchased to make it work.
