Spreen Mazda Best Price Certificate is deceptive. They didn’t disclose over $4,000 in junk fees which included Window Etch and something else I never requested and would never need.
Bait and Switch tactics. Called about a vehicle I was interested in. Spoke with Chris for 2022 Mazda 3 Hatchback. He pushed me to drive hundred of miles today to purchase the car. I asked him what the price was out the door and he instead asks me "how much do you want to pay?". After 3 hours of negotiations he told me the car was "sold" when he didn't like my offer. He never showed me the sticker price nor mentioned it. Instead, he's asking the customer how much "you want to pay". What kind of dealership would allow this? I ... read more

Very deceptive practices. I contacted dealership regarding purchasing a vehicle. I was told it was in stock, and the salesman e-mailed me a "Best Price Certificate" which listed the MSRP along with a dealer discount. It listed the VIN # of the vehicle and a date the price would be good until. After calling to confirm the vehicle was still in stock, we drove 75 minutes to dealership. Dario is a awesome sales guy!! I highly recommend him if you are looking for a new or used car. I live over 6 hours north of Spreen mazda and they were very accommodating to me being so far away. They overnighted me all the sales contracts needed to close the deal, sent detailed videos of the car i was buying and even picked me up from the airport when i came down to pick my new car up. i wish more dealerships had sale associates like Dario because he made my car purchase as smooth as possible. Own a 2019 cx5; makes noises every time I hit the brake or car starts to move; so obvious and loud that can not be ignored. Brought the vehicle to them for the noise. Not sure what they actually did but keep saying there is no noise. Imagine you go to a doctor complaining of cough and he tells you, no you don’t have cough but I checked your toes! I did not get the car with the features I requested. The car was promised on one day, delivered, three days later. Sales people did not keep me updated.
We bought a 2015 Mazda 3 on December 18th. Sales and Financial departments worked with us to obtain the vehicle price within our budget. Paperwork preparation was timely. Service department is currently resolving a tire pressure sensor issue with our vehicle. We are confident it will be resolved by the dealership this week.
