We just got our truck back from a way too long stay for a warranty repair. We were willing to excuse the time it took until we got our truck back to almost all of the personal belongings we had in it taken. I understand they’re not responsible for lost or stolen items but I feel that doesn’t give them the right to be careless and negligent to our property. We feel very disappointed with the lack of customer service and property care.
I just bought a truck 2 days ago. And it was the best purchased ive ever made. Leslie Flores my salesperson was absolutely incredible! Talk about a lady who knows about trucks! If you're buying any sort of truck I recommend Leslie 100%! She knows what she's doing!! Thank you for everything!!
Our salesman Troy was great! He showed me new features on the Ranger! He ordered the new accessories I requested and was very pleasant to work with!
I will definitely not be back to this dealership. Misrepresentation on the vehicle wasn’t a pickup like he said it happens to be a chassis. Said was aligned wasn’t. Was told no damage has hail. Was delivered to me at the end of the day. Didn’t see all the issues until after the salesman left. He and the sales manager does not return calls. Says in text I’ll be calling today that was 2 weeks ago. 6 weeks later they still haven’t paid off trade so shows late on credit report and that company wants fees....
