Awful awful awful!!! DO NOT BUY from this location!! The sales department is okay. They have no problem getting you into one of their cars. This is the worst place to take a vehicle in Greeley. Our car was stolen we recovered it with damage called to make appointment for an estimate...get to the body shop he tells us we will not give you an estimate the insurance has to...needless to say the insurance company told us to get an estimate for them!!!! I recommend the service dept. We had a trip planned to Colorado, and around three weeks prior, our truck lost acceleration all of a sudden on the highway. Error sounds and warning signs on the dash began and continued until we shut off the truck. We took it to the Ford dealership where we live and they said our truck didn't save the error codes and would not help us. We decided to go on our trip anyway.
