Great service. Really got on my problem and had my pickup fixed the next week.
Getting an appointment for service was easy. Changing the appointment was easy as well. The staff was attentive and work was done promptly.
I really like all the folks in the service department. I know my vehicle is in good hands and that I’m not going to get upsold on services I don’t need to my vehicle. Both the quick lane and the main service department are outstanding! Thank you all.
I have been getting my Vehicles serviced at Spradley Barr ever sence moving to this area 8 years age and have been very Happy with service and every one there that I have talked to. I just bought a 2018 Ford Focus and am very happy with it.

I bought a brand new Ford fusion in September. Unfortunately it was totalled in an accident. So I bought a second Ford fusion within a month. Now that second Ford fusion is pouring white smoke out of the exhaust. The Ford dealership states it will take at least a week to even diagnose the issue, and Ford will not provide us a rental car or loaner car until it is diagnosed. So much for customer service. I will never buy another Ford again, and I would warn anyone seeing this post not to.
