Had a wind/rattle in our 17 Escape. Called & spoke with Scott one of the service advisors. Appointment setup for a Saturday. They were unable to repair that day arranged a rental at their expense. Kept our vehicle till Wednesday discovered air dam under car loose repaired. Great service seen to really care about customers. Definitely going to be a repeat customer.

How is it that it takes 4 hours for a basic oil change! Dropped the car off. They said to pick it up at 4pm roll in at 5pm and it’s still another 15 minutes! Its called a quick lane lube! Not a, “whenever we feel like it lane!” Get it together!
I had an amazing experience at Spradley Barr. Adam went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I had some pretty unrealistic requests and he made sure to accommodate all of them. Adam made my experience so painless, that when I came in to purchase the vehicle. He was already having it detailed and the only thing I had to do was sign some paperwork. I spent 25 minutes tops.. Thank you again!

Ray at Spradley in Greeley, was nothing short of amazing getting us our new car! We recently bought a 2018 Ford Escape and everyone at Spradley was great! We felt so welcomed and they truly worked with us to get us the best price. Not only on our new car but our trade ins as well.
