Took my truck to the collision center at Spradley Barr to be repaired when i got the truck back they never reinstalled the lift kit on the drivers side. When I questioned it they sent the truck to both Spradley Barr for and John Elway Dodge to have them look at it. Spradley Barr told me that i didn't know what i was talking about. John Elway told me the same thing. I went in for my first service on my Ford Escape. Matthew was my service advisor. He did a great job explaining the different types of oil changes and even arranged for me a ride over to my house so I would not have to wait in the dealership for several hours. The young man that gave me a ride was super also and showed me how to look at the components in my suit cased engine compartment. I've been very happy with my Ford so far and recommend one to all my friends. Now I will recommend the service department too.
My highlight is that Kelly Silks is a great salesman, he is not pushy and is very informative on price and features on the vehicles I was looking at. Also, Kiera in the vehicle body shop is great to work with, she is always on top of your vehicle and has a good knowledge of when my vehicle would be finished Thanks to all at Spradley Barr in Greely,Co.
They are the best of service areas. I have been there 3 times and each time it has been with wonderful results.
