The website is rubbish, the quick buy option doesn't work, you check on the color you want and click buy now and it defaults in the basket to a different color, then you call customer service and they are rude! especially Claire, I placed my order and within an hour they wanted to charge me a cancellation fee, safe to say I wont buy from these again, shame really as I wanted more products.

Ordered two chairs for my Dad. They arrived quickly. One was missing a small part, so he called customer service. He was really impressed that he got through straight away, spoke to someone very helpful and what he needed was sent quickly too.
Ordered a desk, drawer, office chair and a cable tray and all arrived as expected. Very happy with the business I made with and for sure I will place another order in the near future. Additionally, something worth mentioning, the quality of the products was extremely good. Surely, a bit more expensive compared to other big furniture companies but for the money spent, the quality is beyond better.
This is not a good service especially for those in the education system who need things on time. I ordered 2 tables and even after an email conversation confirming the size, they sent the wrong size. So I then had to wait for replacements because they are made to order. They sent 2 tables the right size one was vey badly damaged arrived with a big hole in the middle .
