Good as usual, always something you didn't know you needed
Since the revamp so Shopping here has become very difficult. It is like a maze, impossible to find things easily, including staff to help, dark and imposing, like a dungeon. You have to wind your way around feeling like you are in a dungeon. Things are not grouped together. I was looking for silk pins but pins were in several different places instead of together, goodness knows if I found all the different places as I never found the ones I was after and no one to help - gave up. What have you done to your shop! Went in today with my baby in the trolley, do you think I could get my trolley around your aisles? No absolutely not what a shocking layout. I couldn’t even turn my trolley around let alone find what I was looking for. It left me so confused and dumbfounded I ended up leaving in a hurry finding only one thing on my list.
