I have to say that since my last venture to the supposedly upgraded store..I am not in a hurry to go back. My first thoughts were:'oh no..this is awful'. The closed in feeling, its like a rabbit warren.. I felt personally disappointed..'what have they done to you Spotlight'. It feels cheapened (selling sweets etc-give parents a break)-very tacky & claustrophobic to me & its lost that personal touch. When I was at the wool isle there was no staff in sight..felt quite alone & cut off! Will have to find what I want else where. ... read more
