So glad i went instore, the Rotorua team are amazing, helpful knowledgeable. Love the balloon idea makes finding extra bargains so much simpler. Online and call center staff get 1 star but instore definitely a 5.
They have the best products but the worst system. The website is a headache, the search option works like a drunk teen, only brings up what it wants to and doesn't include items in different specials. Click n collect=click n hope its there because if its not in store they just cancel it there's no sourcing from another store or warehouse.
Went here yesterday to check out this shop for the first time. However when I was about to pay, I had a quite bad experience with the checkout staff. She was quite rude and wasn’t even bothered to greet a customer.
