Shocking. Never gave the sewing supplies I need or patterns. Hate it and that they are not helpful at all. Not even basic knowledge of products they are selling. They have us over a barrel as there is no one else in my town that stocks sewing stuff. I want to be able to see it not buy on line!!
Enter from High Street. The store is a little "over full". It does attract seniors with limited mobility and it would be nice if aisles were set up like Mitre10 / Bunnings, with clearer pathways and more space to pass others. As I struggled to move past anyone I wondered if there was a fire, it would be serious catastrophe. Still it's an institute. Definitely get their free membership card for serious price break.
Does have a variety of products but quite expensive and the staff are often not very friendly. They seem to have new staff every time I shop there?
