Hugely impressed with the customer service when I purchased a product that was faulty I rang on Friday and I have got the new products by Monday. Excellent service will be definitely shopping here again.
My wife and I were first time curtain buyers for our home and had no idea what we were doing (but we did have measurements this time) Deb from the furnishing department was fantastic. Her customer service was 11/10. She was so busy being the only person in that department. Served everyone with such care and detail even though the store is clearly understaffed. Unfortunately only 1 linen item for a single king bed! Crafts a great selection!
Staff are very helpful as I didn't know where anything was and was assisted as soon as I entered the store, by the lovely assistant Raine. Just be aware however that the store has a very unusual smell about it.
