I have found Spotlight to be extremely rude to customers, I am actually very surprised at how many good reviews they have received. Whenever I have gone in there the staff are always rude to me, they have refused to help me, talked down to me, and were inpatient. The last interaction I had with the staff, I was buying net curtain material. I asked for 3 different cuts of the same material, and Meagan refused, however I saw other staff doing several cuts of the same material for another customer.
