We live out of town. Spoke to a CSR who said that they contact the Dunedin store to check if they had stock for an item. She was rude and unhelpful. I do not for a minute believe they cannot contact the store. Sheer laziness.
Love spotlight, but horrendous that the parking is only 1 hour? That's not even an enjoyable about of time to browse a store.
We ordered and paid for 1.5m of table protector and were given less than this measurement so it doesn't even fit the table. Not impressed.
