Great selection of Christmas material
me and my mum went in on wednesday afternoon to grab some things. we got to the checkout and the lady serving us was one of the rudest people ive ever met. i work in customer service and i understand having bad days and all that and im not one to complain but that service was atrocious. she didnt say hi, didnt ask how we were or if we found everything okay. no smile, she looked downright miserable. didnt say thank you to us as we left and said nothing to us when we said have a good day 😿
I had a bad experience . But I contacted customer service and was treated better so I am removing my bad feedback. Thanks for making me feel listened to today manager kiri ... I am so great full for ur call and contact when I wasnt treated well. Appreciate it
