I recently visited the Albany store I was served by Arianna ☺️ I left a very happy customer when the lovely checkout recommended me to buy more then what I wanted but turned out to be far better value for my money and got more of the product I needed I am grateful because you don’t get this much they just don’t tell you. So thank you very much Arianna from Albany you were awesome I will for sure be back 😊

I don’t usually take the time to leave negative reviews, but after visiting multiple times, I consistently leave feeling upset and disappointed. The staff are often unhelpful and can come across as rude. On several occasions, I’ve felt as though I was inconveniencing them simply by asking questions. The overall impression is that they don’t want to be there and that customers are a burden. Each visit leaves me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. Please do better.

My partner and I visited to buy food storage containers and a plant and we spent over $100. The staff member on the shop floor who helped us find the containers was lovely, but unfortunately the checkout experience completely ruined the visit. There was only one checkout operator on, the self-checkouts were unavailable, and the line was long. The attitude we received at the counter was really poor.
