Saw Jacob for an assessment and treatment for a grade 2 calf tear. Amazing treatment saw me walking out with heel to the ground after spending 2 days on tiptoe and all in just 30 minutes. Have a long way to go but I feel confident that I am going to be treated and rehabilitated in a way that will prevent further injury in the future. Big shout out to Jacob who was friendly, professional and informative across the entire appointment.
I've seen Josh at Sportsmed East for several years now to help manage an ongoing physical condition I wrestle with whilst competing in American Football, and can't recommend him enough. He's always friendly, willing to be flexible, and full of knowledge which has helped throughout my sporting journey. As a sport psychologist I know how demoralising injuries can be, but Josh's professionalism and support helps make the recovery process so much more bearable. Highly recommend.

After having some very disappointing help and appointments with the NHS physiotherapy, I reached out to Sportsmed East to help with an ACL injury. George was very professional, very reassuring, and took his time to ensure that not only was I recovered but that I was ready to return back to sport. I had a few sessions with George and highly recommend him definitely worth every single penny. The place is clean and tidy as well as being very professional.
